Cancellation Policy

This template outlines a standard cancellation structure. Final cancellation windows and refund rules must be confirmed per property before production use.
Standard policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are charged the equivalent of one night's accommodation.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full stay amount.
Villa and whole-property bookings
Entire-villa bookings may carry a longer cancellation window than standard apartment units; this is confirmed at the time of quote.
How to cancel
Cancellations can be requested from your booking in the guest dashboard, or by contacting our support team directly.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
