Account information if you access the guest or owner portal.
Communications you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
How we use information
To create and manage reservations, process payments and provide guest support.
To communicate booking confirmations, check-in details and service updates.
To generate owner statements and reports for managed properties.
Payment information
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Maison Suites does not store raw card numbers.
Data sharing
Information may be shared with service providers involved in delivering a stay, such as payment processors and, where applicable, booking channels.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements such as financial record-keeping.
